Purchased under GOOD condition and it came with a few cosmetic issues like scratches around the edges but my daily case covers it--so I don't mind. I'm unfortunately trapped in the Apple product cycle however, I no longer want to purchase directly from Apple so this is a wonderful alternative and I hope this phone lasts me forever, or until it breaks down. I've had my purchase now for almost a year and have had no issues with the phone and how it works. This is my 2nd purchase from BackMarket-- will be returning if I ever need other electronics. Happy to be diverting waste from landfills and being conscious of sustainable secondhand shopping even for important devices such as cellphones

I absolutely needed this phone and it came very fast, 2 days! I love it, so far it hasn't given me any issues. I will say, I wish that it was shipped in a better box, maybe double boxed? It came and wasn't really protected, but luckily it turned on with no issues. Thank you!

Overall, a good deal for the phone, quality, and storage. I think I had a bit higher expectations of good. There were some pretty small, but deep gouge/scuffs around the edges of the phone and the battery capacity is only 89%. Definitely better than buying new or locking in for 36 months with a carrier. Quick shipping, appreciate the 30 day return policy, and solid communication during the process.

WooooooooW. Ok, so full disclosure, I've only had this device for 3 hours, but it is in BEAUTIFUL shape, easy peasy to set up, responding well (touch, face id, all the things.) We have never had an issue with BackMarket. And I'm happy with my most recent choice. I read reviews of several of the businesses that upgrade these phones and post on BackMarket and would order from this one again in the future. Thank you.

Even though I ordered the perfect condition there were still some noticeable scratches on the screen. Whenever the screen is turned on I don’t notice them, only when the screen is off I do
