This is my 2nd order from Back Market and their phones has been great. so far for a refurbished phone, I have no issues. It pretty much looks new.

I am a Back Market repeat offender and I also have sent several friends and family to make purchases. Back Market items are top tier! You can't see any visible scratches, wear, or usage. From tablets, ipads, iPhone, to my current Samsung S20, we ❤️ Back Market!!

Honestly I am really pleased. The price was really good, and the phone doesn't have any visible issues. The only thing in slight question is what I think is the included screen protector. It has already cracked a little (hardly noticeable), and I'm pretty sure it happened after I received the phone. I believe this is a Samsung provided screen protector provided with more than likely a replacement screen. Over all its very difficult to tell that this phone is not new. I am very pleased with this purchase, and I don't have any complaints.

This is my 2nd phone I purchased. The Samsung S20 5G Great Quality, Looks New , Shipping was Quick and activated with my carrier with ease. The only issue I have with this 2nd phone is that the Battery doesn't last as long . A full charge will last me from 7am til 6pm I'm down to 5% . My first phone I could go almost a full day-in-a-half. But the phone works great other than the battery life .

Phone has worked pretty good for almost a year now. I did have an issue when attempting to switch to an esim but using a physical sim solved the issue. Physical condition was good and battery life is also good.

The phone was in great condition. I'd argue better than what it was marketed as. It did have screen burn in at the top which wasn't in the description but it's unnoticeable in dark mode. Also the glue came loose quite easily but it's still strong. Still a great product though.
