Product came as advertised and quickly, too! At first, the device was refusing to sync with the app on my phone, and I was worried I'd bought a dud, but after some troubleshooting I somehow got it to work and now it's perfect! Syncs like a dream. For the price I paid, I am thoroughly satisfied. I have to charge it once a day or so to keep it running, but it charges quickly so no real complaints there. I purchased this for the heart monitor and the sleep monitor, and both are working exactly as they should. I'm so happy! Thanks, BackMarket! I'm so glad I discovered you.

The watch worked fine but wouldn't hold a charge for more than two hours. The refurbisher sent a replacement that didn’t charge at all. No wonder these were on sale.
