My phone arrived in perfect condition! It was a breeze to set up and I'll definitely use BackMarket again if I ever need another phone in the future. If you're on the fence, take the leap! I don't regret it and neither will you! It's great for the environment and a huge money saver if you're willing to go for a slightly older model (that has most of the capabilities of the newer phones).
