Hi! I received my order on time and very quickly. I just wanted to say that once again Back Market has outdone itself! Iphone 12 pro is a good refurbished phone for a good price! Not just that but my old iPhone X pro trade in fetched 150$ which brought the price down to a little over 300$! Can’t see spending 1200$ for the new 15 pro, which isn’t all that much better anyway. Thanks Backmarket, I’ll be back for more in 3 years.

I received my iPhone 12 Pro Max in excellent condition. No visible scars or scratches. Phone was new. I had no issue with transferring data from one phone to the other. This is my second phone from back market. I will continue to use back market to order phones.

This iPhone 12 Pro Max was in nearly new condition and has worked almost flawlessly. On rare occasions, it fails to turn off via the normal button slide. However, the solution is very simple and is done in seconds. A great buy.

Purchasing from BackMarket is a no brainer. Ordered an IPhone 12 Pro Max in good condition. Battery life was 89% when received and the phone barely had a mark on it. This is the 2nd IPhone I've purchased, the other was a 12 Pro for my wife who just loves it. I don’t see how you could not appreciate the professionalism that Back Market offers on their like new products, unless you just want the smell of brand new at the brand new price.

I love this company so first thing first I ordered a “iPhone 12 Pro Max” and they sent me a”iPhone 13 Pro Max”😭 okay then I got the phone and three days later I cracked the back of the screen…. So they send a card with there personal # and I called they answered And they communicate really well over the phone understanding etc…I sent the phone back and fixed it for me and sent it back the next day well ofc I didn’t get it the next day because it was the weekend so I had to wait next business day and I got it that day they were really communicative I love it 5 stars thank you!
