5/5I am really happy with my phone (OnePlus 10 Pro) and my experience using Back Market. My phone was shipped quickly and arrived within a week of ordering it. I can't tell it is even refurbished or that it is not new. It looks new and operates lightning fast. It was packaged professionally and has had not a single issue so far (it's been a few weeks). 4.8/5I'm very satisfied with Backmarket and with the refurbishers responsible for my Oneplus 10 Pro. Ordered mine in excellent condition and there isn't a scratch on it any where. Great price. Looks and feels brand new. Only downside is they don't come with the original charger, just a cord which is fine. Just keep in mind if you buy one on here you'll need to get the official Warp Charger and OnePlus cord elsewhere. Overall 10/10 experience, will be using BackMarket again. 5/5The bad news first: I bought the phones (yeah, two of them) thinking they would work with my current network; without having the IMEI numbers at the time, I couldn't verify, but they are 5G, so they should, I figured. My bad! The good news: I found another carrier, just as good, and have already switched service. The great news: These phones, huge as they are (they make my old phone look like a child's toy), are fantastic. 4.8/5Phone was in good condition when I bought it, start up was fine, getting everything moved over was easy. I owned one previously, so I was used to how it felt in my hand. The downside, which lead to me returning it, was for some reason it could only run 2G with AT&T. I'm not sure if the phone I got was a lemon, or the phone brand itself was to blame.
