Refurbished Google Pixel 5

I was able to use this phone for a year and a half with no problems. Recently it started glitching, dropping calls and lagging recently despite the system being up to date. Time for my next backmarket purchase!

I am very pleased with the phone and the ordering and delivery process was smooth as glass with great communication along the way. The charging cable was the wrong one, but the customer service for the resolution of that small problem was exceptional - way above and beyond expectations.

This phone was listed as "Good" condition meaning some scratches on the body and none on the screen. Mine was the opposite. The screen had some minor scratches, one deep scratch, and many swirl marks all over it. The body was almost flawless. Based on BackMarket condition guidelines, this phone should have been categories as "Fair". So I thought I was paying more for a better condition phone but got the "Fair" version instead. So BackMarket needs to re-train it's sellers on how to properly categorize their items.

No complaints with the overall Back Market experience. Good price, easy trade-in process for my old device. Battery life on my new-to-me Pixel 5 is fine, but not amazing. I knew this going into the purchase though.

few scratches, phone works don't care that it's not new. I only wanted to spend a few hundred. it's my second phone. I work in with Google products website design, seo etc qastme....thanks alot

Arrived in time. Its works beautifully and im so appreciative of this site to have something so affordable and fast.

Phone was in nearly perfect condition. Free of bloatware and runs great. Couldn't ask for a better phone for the price.

Shipped and delivered quickly, phone is in great shape. Back Market has really saved our bacon with "new" devices for our family of 5. Thank you!

I ordered this phone in the excellent condition, but the battery health was so bad to the point of being completely unusable. it drained every minute, and only lasted like maybe 3 hours when charged to 100%. it also overheated during minimal use. i returned it and got a replacement, but the replacement had the exact same issue, and it wasn't even factory reset. it still had someone else's data on it. its one thing for this kind of issue to happen once, but for it to happen twice is just unacceptable. when you buy a refurbished item, you're paying extra in exchange for the service they're providing (refurbishing), however all they seem to be doing is buying used phones for cheap, sorting them into grades, and then selling them at a markup. if they actually did quality control and repaired the phones like they claim to do, i wouldn't have received two phones with completely unusable batteries. it's also very suspicious to me that the "new battery" option is ALWAYS sold out, because all they have to do is replace the battery in a phone that they already have in stock (that's literally what you're paying the extra fee for). this whole thing feels like a scam. i shouldn't have to pay ex...
