This phone arrived super fast with a flawless screen and a great battery. I always buy older flagship phones (they work just fine & so much cheaper), but this is my first on Back Market. I'll definitely use them again in the future!

I'm very happy with my new phone from Back Market. I know there are much newer phones out there for equally great prices but I am happy with my purchase. It's the perfect phone for me and I really love the camera and the size of it. Thanks Back Market for giving me the opportunity of having a nice phone for an affordable price!

Nice refurbished phone! Data transfer from iPhone a bit of a hassle, but worth the effort

shipping was a little slow, but the phone has worked perfectly since I got it. I could only find two little blemishes on the device but other than that it's in perfect condition. I will say, the charge port seems a little dirty (nothing inside it, just marks) but that could just be due to the material of the device.

I was able to use this phone for a year and a half with no problems. Recently it started glitching, dropping calls and lagging recently despite the system being up to date. Time for my next backmarket purchase!

I am very pleased with the phone and the ordering and delivery process was smooth as glass with great communication along the way. The charging cable was the wrong one, but the customer service for the resolution of that small problem was exceptional - way above and beyond expectations.
