Holy shit. Im trying to get help for my return and this guy named Esteban is literlly does the bareminumun job to his standards of customer service. He takes 1-2 days to respond, and he will respond in the most generic way possible, not even relating to the converstation. HE SUCKS. I am convinced that he is now a robot or has a customer service script to just copy and paste the response to. I ask him my status of my refund since it is going to be two weeks now and this idiot gave me a this response.

We're still in the process of opening the carrier investigation due to the issues that we're facing with this shipment.
For us to continue with this process would you be so kind to provide us with a police report specifying that the product was sent out to the incorrect address.
I'll remain attentive, thank you very much for your additional assistance and cooperation."
I have recieved my package, but this fool thought my package never arrived. I would LOVE TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE HELP ME. PLEASE IT IS THE HOLIDAY SEASON AND I AM EXTREMELY STESSED ABOU THTIS HAVING MY MONEY IN SOMETHING ELSE.
