Ipad air 3 just delivered. Secured with wrap and box. Tested asap everything is working just fine as expected. Legit item. Will order again. Will update if any issues comes. If no updates from me after 6mos to a yr then the better. Tnx BM. Will order again soon.

I love the iPad, I’m a college student and I truly do think this will help me, and the customer service was great! I’m not sure if you guys handle this but the delivery was not the best. They left the package right in front of my residence where anyone could have stolen it. I’d prefer if it was placed in front of our door or at least our porch. Other than that I’m very satisfied, I will definitely buy again THANK YOU!!!!!

So far really great! It looks great only a couple of scratches on the back that are hardly noticeable. Got this for our 11yr old so she could have her own tablet & she was speechless! Best Christmas gift ever!

I was scared to purchase a device like this over the internet. Truthfully I had never heard of Back Market before but I went ahead and took a chance and boy am I glad I did. This device works perfect and my cell phone carrier was able to connect it to my phone plan so easy I couldn’t believe it. The device I bought was in “Good” condition but good is an understatement. It seems brand new to me no scratches no dents all options work. It came with a charger but the cord did not work long. The connecter box did but it was nothing to buy a new cord. I will buy from Back Market anytime and I recommend this company to everyone looking for a device at the right price!!!

I bought this iPad as part of the suggested bundle deal with the pencil. The iPad came fast and I’m still waiting on the pencil which I will be have to return as soon as I get it. The 2nd generation pencil that is suggested is NOT compatible with the 2019 iPad Air 3rd generation. You need the 1st generation pencil. DO NOT BUY THE BUNDLE FOR THIS IPAD UNLESS THEY CHANGE IT TO THE 1st GENERATION PENCIL!!!!!!! Now I’ve wasted time and money.
