    The service was great, the ordering and what not. The product was golden for about two weeks but now the I Pad keeps cutting off and restarting, but i know it’s refurbished so… BUT the Back Market part was fine.

    My order arrived 3 days sooner than expected, which was amazing! I opted for the fair condition iPad 9.7 (2018) Rose Gold and it could pass for brand new, it has one teeny tiny scuff on the bottom left corner that you'd need a magnifying glass to even see. Everything works like new, only drawback I can find is the battery is a little slow to charge. It holds a charge for a long period of time though. 10/10 would absolutely purchase from this seller and backmarket again! Will recommend!

    So far so good. I have been using this ipad for almost 2 weeks and it feels brand new the battery life seems good too I hope it will last me a while until I buy a brand-new one. I chose the good option and it did have a few scratches on the charger port but other than that every thing was in almost new condition. I put on a case and screen protector and it feels new. I feel happy with my purchase and the shipping was really fast. Thank you. I would recommend shopping on this website.

    I have had this iPad for over 2 years now, and it still works amazing. I ordered it in fair condition and i would say that it’s better than fair. there a minor inconveniences with this product such as glitches and lagging, but that’s only if you are in apps that take up quite a bit of storage. Other than that, this product is amazing and is still working!!

    Great purchase for what we needed! Child uses the iPad to play games and watch YouTube. In the past we had issues with another iPad not being able to update to the latest software so this was my biggest concern when buying a new iPad. This 2018 IPad 9.7 seems to be up to the newest software update capabilities when it comes to the apps we use. We have never had any complaints when using products from BackMarket, this iPad was 1 of multiple electronics we have purchased over the years and we will proudly be back for more!     I just received my iPad today and everything seems to be ok except for the battery life I’ve noticed 🤔 I charged it at 61% and after 2.5 hours it was only at 78%🤔 which isn’t good I don’t know if it’s the charger or it may be in need of a battery but I sure hope not but I’ll keep my eye on it

    iPad works great. Still working through set up. Power charging plug does not work, it’s not an Apple product. I tried to charge several devices overnight and they didn’t charge up, so I tossed it and will use one I already have, that’s the only reason for the 4 ranking. The tablet is quick and responsive so far. I haven’t used a SIM in it yet but will on a future road-trip for GPS mostly. I found no discernible scratches or marks on the IPad, looks like new. I have a 2012 Pro so needed an updated product and since I’m retired didn’t need the pro version and saved some bucks with this model a 2018 release. Thanks Back Market, I’ll be back!
