    Arrived the second day after I placed the order. Everything exactly as promised. I like the economy of buying refurbished Apple Products. I don’t need the latest and greatest for email and shopping. Seems like a good idea to keep used electronics from the garden like places where such electronics are shipped, in order to recover any resources of value .

    The service was great, the ordering and what not. The product was golden for about two weeks but now the I Pad keeps cutting off and restarting, but i know it’s refurbished so… BUT the Back Market part was fine.

    Shipped quickly, arrived in great condition. No visible scratches. iPad was fully charged and came with a wall charger and USB cable. Booted up quickly and setup was easy.     I got the Excellent model and I cannot tell it from new. Battery works just like new. I'm not an Apple guy but it seemed to set up just like new even though it was a 2018 model. Absolutely no issues.

    it got here super fast !!, there was a minor tiny scratch on the back but you can't even see it that well, the IPad is fully working and great quality, there's no lag as far as I can tell, I'd recommend this for anyone on a budget, this is my first apple product, and it's definitely a great first one, I ordered mine in the condition 'fair' and it looks brand new 🫶🏻, I apologize for my bad camera quality, I didn't have a light on so my lighting isn't the best

    This is my second time ordering from BM.. So I knew the quality would be great already. I purchased this IPad for my daughters birthday and she absolutely loves it!! It works perfectly! On another note, back market customer service has always been amazing! I was shipped 3 iPads instead of just one unfortunately.     My order arrived 3 days sooner than expected, which was amazing! I opted for the fair condition iPad 9.7 (2018) Rose Gold and it could pass for brand new, it has one teeny tiny scuff on the bottom left corner that you'd need a magnifying glass to even see. Everything works like new, only drawback I can find is the battery is a little slow to charge. It holds a charge for a long period of time though. 10/10 would absolutely purchase from this seller and backmarket again! Will recommend!
