The service was great, the ordering and what not. The product was golden for about two weeks but now the I Pad keeps cutting off and restarting, but i know it’s refurbished so… BUT the Back Market part was fine.

iPad was good. a few scratches but that was to be expected from a refurbished item. Came in three business days so that’s neat

I have it for almost a year and love it! One thing I guess that I didn’t like is the battery dies pretty fast, but I think it’s just Apple products. I don’t remember what grade/condition I chose when I bought the iPad, but mine arrived practically new. Minor scratches here and there but barely noticeable. I’m also very happy with Back Market customer service and love that they offer the one year warranty!

So far so good. I have been using this ipad for almost 2 weeks and it feels brand new the battery life seems good too I hope it will last me a while until I buy a brand-new one. I chose the good option and it did have a few scratches on the charger port but other than that every thing was in almost new condition. I put on a case and screen protector and it feels new. I have had this iPad for over 2 years now, and it still works amazing. I ordered it in fair condition and i would say that it’s better than fair. there a minor inconveniences with this product such as glitches and lagging, but that’s only if you are in apps that take up quite a bit of storage. Other than that, this product is amazing and is still working!!

Great purchase for what we needed! Child uses the iPad to play games and watch YouTube. In the past we had issues with another iPad not being able to update to the latest software so this was my biggest concern when buying a new iPad. This 2018 IPad 9.7 seems to be up to the newest software update capabilities when it comes to the apps we use. We have never had any complaints when using products from BackMarket, this iPad was 1 of multiple electronics we have purchased over the years and we will proudly be back for more!
