I really like my new phone. The process to buy was very simple. Switching over the data from the old phone was outstanding. I had to search hard for any evidence that this phone had been previously owned. Oh, did I mention that the price was outstanding… I do not need the latest gadgets and I absolutely hate trying to be “up sold”. I will be back when other devices are needed.

Good price! It was delivered quickly, and it works as advertised, thus far. I can't really ask for more. This is the 3rd time I have ordered from Back Market. The first two times I ordered I was not happy with the products. There was something problematic about both of the purchases. But, to Back Market's credit, they gave me several options for remedying the situation and did not make it seem like if I picked one option the other option to return the product was not available. So, I gave them another chance. And so far, so good! I would recommend shopping at Back Market based on this purchase and the price/value ratio but be prepared to have to go through the rigamarole of the return process to get something you are completely satisfied with. Fortunately, in my experience, they are willing and available to help if your order isn't acceptable.

This site is Nothing short of amazing! With inflation and everything being so expensive I just couldn’t see myself dishing out a thousand dollars for another phone after my iPhone 12 broke due to water damage. I purchased this phone from this site off of the strength of my neighbors recommendation! And I’m so glad I took a chance and ordered it. This is an iPhone SE thru Tmobile! The shipping was free and fast… it came in 2 days from California to Ga. The packaging was immaculate and the phone looks practically brand new! No scratches or scuffs or anything! It even came with a charger cord. It charges all the way to 100% and holds a good charge as well! I took my SIM card out of my old iphone 12 and put it in to the iPhone SE. I called Tmobile and they activated it within 10 minutes! I’m so grateful for this site I will be ordering my kids phones from here as well.

I had ordered an iphone SE black 2020 model. I had received the model but the back glass was white instead of black. I have been using it since then but there are no other issues besides recieving the wrong color.
