5/5I just converted to iPhone from Samsung.. (gasp!!) I know, I know… and honestly, no regrets. I was quite skeptical to buy an iPhone to begin with. And from an online retailer who, as we all know, aren’t always reliable or to be trusted. Oh, AND buying a USED/refurbished phone??! Definitely not my style. Especially with I rely on my phone as much as I do! So, I used my daughter as the Guinea pig! She’s twelve. If SHE thinks it’s decent and can approve it as quality, then win-win. And the price was right — I wasn’t about to drop more than a couple hundred bucks (max!) on a twelve year old girl… not once, not never! Lol Anyway, that’s exactly what happened. I ordered her a iPhone SE (2020) and waited for a reaction. She LOVED it. Wouldn’t stop showing me all the “cool apps she just got” and blah blah blah… ok ok — !! So, I ordered the exact same one! Couldn’t be happier. I’m a multitasker, so using multiple apps at the same time is required. This phone rocks. Still have the adjustment period of going from android to Apple, but this phone works amazing. Turns out, I now will be getting a third one for my other daughter. 5/5I was initially a bit hesitant to buy a refurbished phone online because I was worried about the battery health. But to my surprise, battery health shows 100%, phone looks very decent for "good" condition, and the delivery was quick and painless. 4.6/5Love the phone and the price was very reasonable. The battery life isn’t the greatest which is expected since it’s a refurbished phone. 5/5Super easy. Quickly delivered. The phone is in great condition. I’m somewhat technologically challenged and I was able to easily swap my data and erase my old phone. I am especially happy about the price I paid. Why buy new when you can get a great refurbished iPhone. 4.5/5I have a same iPhone but small storage 128GB with back glass cracked. Tried to update IOS, no enough room. I don't have budget to get a new one, also I love home button, so I decided to buy a refurbish one. I bought a air pods for my son here before, but not a good experience. I still want to give an another chance. I am happy I did. The one I got condition said Good, the battery was 100% when I turned it on, after 2 weeks now still 92%.I traded in my old iPhone, approved for $48 back. That's a REALLY great deal. 5/5The iPhone SE (2020) was just what I was looking for at a price that could not be beat. I purchased the "Good" condition version (for under $200.00). The iPhone arrived in timely fashion and like new condition. The transition from my old iPhone to the iPhone SE (2020) was easy. This purchase also lead me to purchasing a MacBook Air (2017) from BackMarket (about a week later). I was very pleased with that purchase as well. I will continue to shop BackMarket for all of my budget friendly tech gadget purchases.
