This refurbisher is awesome, I needed to get a new phone and struck gold on this one. I got it in good condition but when the device came in it looked brand new besides a little dust on the camera if you are like me and in the market for a new phone this company is the way to go I'm pretty sure the seller is called certified direct. They did awesome I will add that this phone did come with a 86% battery life which is normal when you buy a refurbished phone but the battery is great definitely holds a charge I would rate this phone 10/10🤌👌

Decided to upgrade from an iPhone SE 2nd Gen after wearing out the battery and cracking the screen. Overall very impressive refurbished quality and very happy with the phone. The only detectible damage from the phone was two small, nearly invisible scratches on the screen and two small scratches towards the top notch, but nothing I really am obsessed over. 👍👍

If you’re nervous about this app, let me be the one to tell you that I was the same way💀 I was in desperate need for a new phone but absolutely did not want to pay $1000+ so I found out about back market and bought this iPhone 13PM 512gb in good condition and it’s honestly great, no noticeable dings or scratches on the phone itself, came with 88% battery but that’s expected when you buy refurbished tech but other than that this phone is amazing and just what I needed!

I don't normally write reviews but... I cant stress this enough, every part of this experience was amazing, especially because this is my first refurbished device ever. My new phone came in better condition than I expected; there were a couple light scratches that I only found going over the phone with aggressive attention to detail. It's as close to a new device as I could hope for. All original parts and the delivery went perfectly. If this is the quality of refurbished devices is this high, I will never buy a new phone again!

I ordered an IPhone 13 Pro Max in excellent condition and I received just that, it’s an amazing phone especially for a refurbished one, I would definitely buy my next phone from backmarket!

back market is great, just got my iphone 13 pro max, and I got it in a good condition. it had no scratches but the back of the phone had remanufactured in the back of the phone. but the battery is great it had a 99%. and I checked it if it was real and it was. I fully recommend.

I chose the iPhone 13 pro max over the iPhone 14 Plus because of the promotion display. They’re essentially the same phone except for the better display on the 13 pro. The price of the one I received was also cheaper than the 14 plus. Would be a full 5 stars if it weren’t for the ringer switch being too crusty to the point where I couldn’t switch between volume modes. I had to clean that myself to get it to function properly. The battery is also what I’m assuming is the original, as it is at a maximum capacity of 86% which isn’t too bad since it gets me through a day and a half. Otherwise, it was a good buy at a great and reasonable price based on its advertised condition 👍. I also bought a dbrand skin and a semi translucent Casetify case to go with the phone and it now looks awesome!
