    ordered a excellent, not expecting much. i received it extremely clean, pre charged, and in delicate packaging. the battery capacity actually came at 100%. if i didn't order it myself, i would assume it's brand new. the only thing i noticed was the smallest dent in the frame, which is completely unnoticeable after putting on my case. if you're going to buy used, this is the place to do it.

    This is by far the best experience I’ve had with ordering from Backmarket, the phone is in perfect condition.     Buying refurbished is a 100% gamble. Take your chances if you want to save money, but be advised it may come with headaches, stress, and losing more money. In total I have gotten 3 iPhone 14s from back market. This specific one was absolutely perfect! Not a single scratch, dent, ding, and battery health was 98%! I was so relieved! Then I got the red iPhone, that was no where close to the “ excellent condition “ I paid for. Battery health was 76% and the phone looked like it went through a war. Back market did make it easy for the return and refund. But I had to order another iPhone 14 because the red one was a dud. The 3rd iPhone again, ordered to be in “excellent condition “ was not. But at this point, I’m so over it , I’m just keeping this most recent buy.
