I wasn't happy with my purchase but the seller worked with me and I'm okay with that. Sad it didn't work out with the device bc I love the price and look of the phone. Still, I would come back and buy from the seller if our interests aligned.

Very satisfied with my order from back market. I tried buying the same phone on Amazon. That experience was poor. The phone came in bad shape mainly because of battery quality but there were other issues with basic functionality. Anyway, after returning that one and ordering on back market I could tell it was going to be better as soon as I saw the packaging. Everything works great.

So.. this is actually a Pro Max. I bought the cheapest condition (all I could afford) from backmarket, which I believe is “fair”. And this phone is exceptional. Some light scratches and that’s it. Other than that, it’s perfect. I use my phone a lot, and from when I wake up at 6:30am to when I sleep 10:30pm my phone goes from 100% to 43%. Great phone. Would recommend. And they gave me a great trade in deal.

SO worth the money!! It came basically brand new and the shipping is always faster than expected. 5/5

Phone worked like new for about 2 months until it randomly experienced a fatal software error and no longer functions. I love the idea of buying used, but I don't think I can trust buying a refurbished phone ever again from Back Market.
