The iPad Air works great, cannot tell it’s been refurbished. Communication about my order was seamless. The charger cable does not work but I have many extra cables at home so it was not a huge problem.

I have bought from backmarket before. I really enjoyed the refurbished phone that I got before which was the iPhone SE. I wanted a long-term upgrade and I bought the iPhone 14 Pro thousand 1 TB. It’s a terrific phone with a great price and I bought another year warranty on top of the original purchase of the original Warranty. I’m very happy with this phone and I have told other people To buy from back market. I’m very happy with my purchase and I will always be a customer of backmarket. This phone will work for me for a lot for many years.

The phone came PERFECT battery 100% came super fast no cracks or any damage at all and this is in fair condition this is my 2nd phone from backmarket and I definitely recommend I’m super satisfied!!!

I ordered a 13 mini 256g in “excellent” condition and to be honest I wasn’t expecting to receive a phone in this perfect of a condition. When I received the phone, I was completely blown away!!! The phone is basically mint. No scratches or marks on the side panels at all, screen is in perfect condition and it came with a screen protector already installed. I am beyond happy with my purchase.

Everything working great. I like the smaller size for my wrist. Can’t imagine the ultra size. I have to remember to charge regularly as battery length is not like my iPhone. All in all a great product at a great price. BackMarket is always excellent to deal with.

I ordered a “good” device and it came in excellent condition! There is nothing wrong with it from what I can tell and there are absolutely no signs of previous use. The battery life is at 100%! This phone was better than I could have ever expected. The phone itself was only made in april 2024 and must not have been used much! I love it and it is perfect!

Came in as described in good condition, very few flaws cosmetically to be honest! Works perfect, was a great affordable upgrade from my 2017 that had been damaged beyond repair. Will definitely be purchasing from Back Market in the future.

The phone looks brand new and I only saw a tiny little scratch on the top corner of my screen that you really can't see with a screen protector. The battery came with 86%, which is fine cause it said minimum 80%. Everything works perfectly fine from the cameras, to the speakers, and setting up my e-sim. I've been using it for a few days and I have 0 problems with it plus the shipping was like 4days. If I have any problems later I'll change my review but at the moment I'm happy with my purchase.

Everything works perfect! Long-lasting battery, good condition (better than the “fair” they gave it), and so happy with the price and the good feeling that comes from using technology that somebody else doesn’t need to avoid waste. Someday, I’ll donate my box of flip phones and cords.
