I’m aware there’s a Reddit group full of users who’ve had negative experiences with Back Market. I’ve known about the company for several years, but I avoided ordering from them because of those stories, even though some people did report positive outcomes. That said, I chose this device because it fit exactly what I needed: seamless integration between my MacBook for video editing, photos, and posting on social sites for my business. Using my Android device wasn’t feasible for the kind of smooth workflow I was looking for. In the end, ordering was a breeze. The device is a great addition to have in my pocket for business use, and I was able to get it for a fraction of the original cost. The one thing I would change is that I should have gone with the Pro Max instead of the pro as it is a bit small. That said, as with anything online, buying from a third-party seller always comes with some risk. However, that doesn’t mean every seller is someone you should automatically be wary of, this seller was definitely top tier in my book!

The phone is great overall. It arrived in great physical condition, with just 11 battery cycles ( the lesser the battery cycles, the better ). I got the phone for about $400 less than the original price, which I feel is a good deal, considering the fact that the phone was launched just 15 months ago. Initially I had a problem with the power button not being responsive sometimes, but maybe that was a software issue. I updated the phone to the latest software and there are no more problems. All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase. 1 - Great Physical Condition ( no scratches, dents, cracks etc). 2 - Good Battery Condition. 3 - Good Price.

Man all I’m gone say is I love BackMarket because this is my 3rd phone with them and they did not disappoint me at all and this phone came fair condition but it’s new the battery percentage is at 100 and everything work I didn’t have a problem putting my number over or anything thank you again the only problem is you guys got to get better with packaging these phones way better

Great experience as usual with Back Market! Keyboard came 2 days early in a great condition with very faint to no signs of previous use. It works perfectly with my 11 inch iPad Air (2024) M2. I definitely recommend spending the extra money and buying excellent condition. It is worth it.

It is amazing. Even if I ordered it in a good condition, it was almost flawless. It has 1 scratch and 3 little ones that you will notice only if you pay attention to it. I can't ask for more, it's like if I bought a new one Thank you Back Market!

This watch is incredible and incredibly fast. The exterior is spotless, practically brand new. The battery health is at 100%, and it lasts a long time. I upgraded from a Series 7, and I can clearly see the significant difference. I have always wanted an ultra and for this price it’s perfect .

So far so good. The only thing that had me worried was when I turned on the phone it displayed xfinity. I was confused because I bought an unlocked phone but after some research I saw that unlocked phones can still have previous service providers installed on phones...or something of that nature. As long as it works...

I am pleased to report that the phone arrived in perfect condition. Although I initially had some trouble activating the SIM card, I contacted Metro support, and they were incredibly helpful in completing the setup process for me.

I've always wanted these bad boys cause imo there the best looking headphones on the market but they were just too expensive getting them here was a treat! They came mint brand new and the packaging was done exceptionally well needless to say the headphones are amazing!!!!

I've had this phone for about 2 weeks now and I love it! I'm so glad my bf told me about Back Market because I've always wanted to experience the Z Flip and now I can at such a good price! The phone functions perfectly, it's sleek, stylish, and just small enough to fit in my pockets without worrying about it falling out lol. I'm absolutely living for the hinge mechanism and makes me feel a little closer to the 2000s flip phone phenomenon ♡
