I just bought an iPhone 16e in Premium condition. It came with 100% battery health and two charging cycles. This was my first refurbished iPhone. I got this for 45-50% less (taxes included) of what I would have spent for the new iPhone 17e as of April 2026. This purchase makes me question if I will buy a brand new iPhone again or even going through a carrier deal. Backmarket is now my go-to for Tech. Anything I want tech-wise, I am learning to just be patient and wait a year to get it through Backmarket. It is a great way to spend less in the long run.

I recently bought 2 2015 MacBook Pros from Back Market that arrived in very good condition and this 2020 MacBook Pro I just ordered is no exception. It runs very well like the others. I highly recommend Back Market for good quality refurbished MacBooks at reasonable prices. :)

The device doesn’t feel like refurbished. It’s like new. My experience is fabulous. I highly suggest Back Market. And I’m looking forward to buy more.

The laptop works. The 45 watt charger it came with does not work so well. It looks like the charger wire has a loose connection because the laptop charge light turns on and off. The charger is USBC, so this is not a problem. The laptop can charge with any USBC phone charger. Remember, phone chargers are not all the same. Phone chargers with lower voltage will charge the laptop slower, and phone chargers with higher voltage will charge the laptop faster.

I got my macbook about a month ago. I got it in good condition with 16GB RAM and SSD 512GB. It arrived quickly and well protected. No scratches or dents, and no problems with it. I definitely recommend!

This was exactly what we were looking for. My wife needed a “new” iPhone, but we aren’t the type to get the newest $1,000+, and even Apple refurbished are still around that price. We’re very thankful to have found Back Market. The iPhone 15 Pro was in excellent condition (I genuinely couldn’t tell that it was “used”), and the shipping was incredible fast. This will probably be our go-to place for all future phone purchases.

Y’all first of all it came fast AND I didn’t even have to pay for fast shipping 😭 ordered on the 18th and got it on the 21st! No issues with the phone either, the battery health at 100% and everything.

After ordering a similarly advertised iMac on Amazon, I chose to go to Back Market. The other refurbished iMac was wrapped in bubble wrap and came with non-Apple accessories (keyboard, mouse, etc.). I was disappointed immediately, but that disappointment turned to frustration when the iMac did not even power up. After returning that unit, I went to iMac and received a like-new pre-packaged iMac with all of the same bells and whistles you expect from an Apple product. It was as close to getting a brand new iMac as I possibly imagine.
