I’d never purchased from Back Market before, so I was reasonably nervous especially with the cost. My expectations were blown out of the water! The iPod was delivered quickly, in mint condition, and works perfectly, sound is incredible. I did have to purchase a USB-C to 30-prong cable separately in order to connect it to my Macbook, but once connected I was able to begin loading music immediately. All my cover art transferred over as well with no issues. I haven’t put this thing down since ordering it, it’s been amazing having on-the-go access to my physical media again!

THIS MACBOOK IS EVERYTHING I WANTED AND MORE! When the description said “excellent”, they weren’t lying. It runs like a dream; no nicks, scratches or anything. The charger that it came with is Apple but it works perfectly. Absolutely no complaints!

I had an exceptional first experience with Back Market. I was assisting a friend in finding a refurbished MacBook Pro equipped with an M1 chip or later. Back Market had a powerful machine available at a reasonable price. The shipment was prompt, and the machine arrived in excellent condition.

This was my first time ordering from Back Market, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The MacBook Pro arrived exactly when they said it would and was packaged really well. You could tell care was taken to make sure it arrived safely. As for the condition, it’s been great. It runs seamlessly and I haven’t had a single issue with performance. The only thing I noticed is a deeper scratch on the underside. It honestly looks like it might have happened when someone opened the box, maybe with a box cutter. But since I keep a case on it, I’ll never see it and it doesn’t affect anything. Overall, I’m so happy with this purchase. It exceeded my expectations, especially for my first time buying refurbished. I would absolutely order from Back Market again.

I just bought an iPhone 16e in Premium condition. It came with 100% battery health and two charging cycles. This was my first refurbished iPhone. I got this for 45-50% less (taxes included) of what I would have spent for the new iPhone 17e as of April 2026. This purchase makes me question if I will buy a brand new iPhone again or even going through a carrier deal. Backmarket is now my go-to for Tech. Anything I want tech-wise, I am learning to just be patient and wait a year to get it through Backmarket. It is a great way to spend less in the long run.

I recently bought 2 2015 MacBook Pros from Back Market that arrived in very good condition and this 2020 MacBook Pro I just ordered is no exception. It runs very well like the others. I highly recommend Back Market for good quality refurbished MacBooks at reasonable prices. :)

The device doesn’t feel like refurbished. It’s like new. My experience is fabulous. I highly suggest Back Market. And I’m looking forward to buy more.

The laptop works. The 45 watt charger it came with does not work so well. It looks like the charger wire has a loose connection because the laptop charge light turns on and off. The charger is USBC, so this is not a problem. The laptop can charge with any USBC phone charger. Remember, phone chargers are not all the same. Phone chargers with lower voltage will charge the laptop slower, and phone chargers with higher voltage will charge the laptop faster.

Exquisite!!!! Was delivered on time, has no visible scratches and am quite satisfied with the battery health, the phone is working perfectly I mean give them all your money… I have nothing to nag about
