Very happy with the device and purchase. It looked and felt like a brand new phone. Setup was a breeze, I was walked though everything.

while I had some issues with UPS giving me conflicting information on the shipping, backmarket continued to provide me with incredible refurbished tech! this is my 3rd purchase with Backmarket and I don't think I could go anywhere else for my electronics. The products come in better condition than expected with all the necessary wires to keep it running smoothly. I will continue to purchase from here for as long as I need tech upgrades!

I bought my MacBook Pro years ago from Back Market. The customer service was so great that when I needed to buy a new iPhone, that’s the first place I looked. The customer service was again, excellent and the iPhone 16 Pro Max is flawless! Happy and satisfied again!

This is my second phone I’ve purchased through Back Market, and so far they’ve never failed me. I’m currently on week two with my iPhone 15 Pro Max, and there have been no issues. It works just like new!

The watch works great. The battery life is 91 %. The charger on the other hand is not working. On my part I never reach out to black market either. So I have no idea if they would have replaced it
