I was so impressed with the quality, delivery time and performance of my Macbook pro. I was a bit cautious as I usually purchase brand new, but the reviews both on the site and from a friend who recommended this service were spot on. I was able to stick to my budget and I have zero complaints with the excellent quality I in fact received. Well done!

I love this phone, it is perfect size for me. I think it was even brand new, no scraches at all, the battery health was showing %100 and it delivered in couple of days. I wish I knew this site before, thank you.

The whole experience was great; the item was lovingly packed, maybe too well packed ;) I wish that there was a way to save our favorite sellers, maybe have their products highlighted during the selection process.

This is not the first time I've ordered refurbished Apple products from BackMarket, and I'm always pleased. The product I ordered came in excellent condition as promised, and the only problems I had with it was simply due to waiting seven years to upgrade my computer, so not a problem with the MacBook Air at all!

So I ordered this because I originally needed a new laptop and I'm very impressed. I just wanted to have something to work on that was more updated and new. I loveeeeeee my laptop. It came in really good condition , no scratches , no marks , no problems at all. I would def recommend getting this if you're looking for a laptop to do business on. I'm a restaurant manager so this comes in clutch for my meetings , emails , and other work. :)

I got it quick, there is only a few small scratches which are only on the outside and barely visible. No problems with the screen, keyboard, or anything functionality wise. Battery health is also at 100. 5/5 would buy again, so much cheaper than buying new. Love my Mac :P

Perfect tablet for basic use. Shipping came 2 days earlier than it said. Only 1 minor dent. Condition said fair but I personally believe it's above fair. If it wasn't for that small minor dent I would probably never known it was a used tablet.
