    This has been the worst experience. First, I ordered the phone and paid for overnight shipping and the phone didn't arrive until 4 days later. Then, the phone that was sent was not carrier unlocked as it was supposed to be. Of course now I am without. I could have purchased the phone from Amazon and wouldn't have had to deal with the poor customer service and incompetence. Such a joke! A major waste of my time and my money, not to mention what this has done to my pride. I no longer feel like I can trust anyone. I am livid!

    came early than expected. So I'm glad that it came safely. I thought my Desktop monitor was coming today until I went on the page and found out it wasn't lol. The item was well packaged, Packed to the T with bubble wrapped though lol. at least the item was safe. Got it in good condition. so it needed to be cleaned up. there was still residue of dirt on the cord and inside the creases of the mouse but, overall I plugged it in and everything seems to be working for now.

    I just picked up my MacBook not even 2 hours ago, I unpacked it and plugged it in. Left it to charge for 1.5 hours and it won’t turn on. Only a black screen. I did all the troubleshooting and testing. I contacted the care team on back market and they told me to return it and wait 2 weeks all these steps after I waited a week for the actual MacBook. I needed this for a remote job and interviews. Now I’m out $300, a laptop, a job and any help from this company. I had nothing but high hopes too because of all the positive reviews and then this happened on my first ever purchase with back market. I am so sad and disappointed.
