    Battery life inadequate; gets too warm too easily and no, I’m not overcharging it. VERY small crack in surface glass. When button in center of screen is pushed, it feels like the whole guts are moving with the button’s direction. I.E. push button down and a plate or some such moves with the button whilst the outside case stays firm.

    I ordered a phone in excellent condition, and it came shipped wrapped up in bubble wrap and stuffed in a USPS priority box. The phone had 1-2 centimeter very noticeable scratches on the upper-right corner of the screen. I returned the phone for a refund instead of a replacement because I didn't want to deal with this reseller (2nd Life, Inc.) again, and 2 days later I got a shipping notification that there was another package on the way to me. They told me that they confused my order with somebody else and sent a phone to me by accident and would I please refuse delivery or send it back to them. What a mess! They did process my refund at least, and they were able to stop the fake order from getting to me, but I should be a week into using my new phone by now; instead all I have is a headache.
