    I feel that they are overpriced for what they are. I purchase these two iPhone SE‘s, which said 2020 in the listing. But, in actuality what I was sent was the iPhone SE- first generation. Not the 2020, which would have been a 2nd/3rd generation. These homes are much smaller, than the 2020 phones. And they are much more difficult to get accessories for: screen protectors, cases, etc. Additionally, I thought the purchase would include an iPhone apple charger. These came with an aftermarket charger… certainly not what I was expecting for almost $260. Too expensive to return, and too much a pain in the ass. Now I am stuck with them. Would not recommend Backmarket refurbished purchases in the future.

    The iPhone arrived in a couple of days. It's in such nice condition without even a scratch it easily looks like a new phone. With some guidance from Apple support to make sure all went well the phones files and icons were installed from the iCloud and the layout was just the same as my 5s model. I'm pleased with the operations of the latest iOS 15 which is faster and allows operation of app's the iOS 12 didn't. This is the 64G model and I suspect a game player needed more memory and traded it in. For me it more than enough as I'm using only 15G. My use is for calls, text message, notification of pop3 email as well as a couple of practical app's like food list, UPS and Amazon. This was good buy.

    I had issues with this computer immediately after opening it. Within the first 15 minutes the screen would start flashing and the computer would shut down. This happened multiple times. Eventually after restarting it (I lost track of how many times I had to restart it) the screen just went white. I spent 3 hours trying to reboot it in various ways to fix the issue. Nothing worked. It would just do a loop of restarting, going to the white screen, then shutting down. This is literally within hours of opening it. My husband ordered a monitor from back market recently that stopped working too. The quality control for these refurbished machines seems absolutely awful!
