    The first phone that I paid for was supposed to be in excellent condition. It arrived in "fair" condition and was dirty. I did have a great experience with customer service thankfully, and I shipped that one back and then purchased another one. The second phone is much better. However, the top speaker doesn't work. So I can't hear incoming calls unless I'm on speakerphone or in my car connected to bluetooth. I never received a shipping label for my old phone, so I still have it. But now that I've gone through the process of waiting weeks for a new phone twice and then completely wiping my old phone clean, I am not sure that it's worth the process of completely wiping this new phone clean and downloading all of my data into the old phone again. Just to do it all over again. Basically, I am resigned to having a defective phone now because I simply don't have the time or patience for this run around process again. I've learned my lesson, and will probably not shop here again for a phone that I rely on daily. The middle man who receives and refurbishes the phones obviously does not do a thorough job of cleaning, inspecting, and quality control. I did get a pretty nice phone for less than retail, which is great. So you just really have to weigh out your pros and cons here, because chances are you'll be stuck with a defective product that was never fixed. Because people aren't honest about the issues with their phones when they sell them to this company, and they don't know that they have issues because they aren't turning them on and running tests.

    So far I love it. Still getting to know it tho, but it takes awesome pictures. I got a clear heavy duty case for it cause I love the color so why hide it right n cause I normally drop it. I don't like notifications so they're all off, but somehow the maps one is on during the week. So in the morning before I go to work n in the evening when I'm going home, it let's me know the traffic status. Was gonna turn it off, but I've found it useful, so haven't bothered w it. Can't wait to discover more 😍

    I ordered this phone for my grandson for his birthday. I just received it today. The only thing on the screen is a very small scratch. That's fine lol. It turned on fine and I was able to set up a temp pass code. It was 1/2 charged and I was able to charge it with the cable that came with it to 100%. So far I'm pleased with my purchase and I will update if there's an issue.

    Buying refurbished there’s only so much you’re allowed to complain about. I bought in good condition and there’s a minor minor scuff at the bottom that you couldn’t even bother to notice making this in my mind excellent condition. Only complaints are screen isn’t fully seated not genuine apple screen (duh) OLED screen would’ve been nice but like I said can’t complain so much other then that I’m happy with the phone. Will be back later for battery review.

    I bought an "excellent" condition iPhone 12 thinking it would come with almost no little dents or scratches, unfortunately, it came with significant scratches to the body which would be more of a 'fair' or 'good' condition. The iPhone also has some trouble charging. The battery came with 85% max charge, which is as advertised but was hoping for slightly higher given I chose to go for excellent condition. I feel like I overpaid for this iPhone. This is my first time buying a refurbished phone; while I do think it is more reasonable than paying so much for a new iPhone, I would not recommend paying for an excellent condition price when the phone comes as 'fair' or 'good' condition.
