    I previously(about 13mos.ago) bought a zfold 4 & after an accidental fall onto gravel where inner large screen acquired a nick in what I THOUGHT was the screen protector so drove an hour to the only shop with the ability to replace it only to find out it had NO FACTORY SCREEN PROTECTOR ON IT ANYMORE??? & Would've cost $600. To repair! Luckily I had insurance on phone as about a week later the inner screen got a black area down middle & no longer worked. So, I was, with reimbursement by insurance able to order again from you the zfold5 which I'm very happy with but this time I took it immediately in to see if it needed an inner screen protector sure enough someone had removed it so I had them put one on it for about $20.ish. I have had good experiences with my phone purchases previously & very happy with prices BUT, I think you should tell a buyer that there's NO INNER screen protection on the zfold's since they're supposed to have a factory one on them it didn't occur to me to have it checked for that!!!

    The iPhone is in good condition, but True Tone doesn’t work. Siri also doesn’t work sporadically - software is up to date so I’m not sure if it’s a device issue or something. But True Tone not working is definitely a bummer.

    Ordered Verizon locked device in Good cond. Device arrived as stated, worked and looked perfect however when attempting to activate with Verizon, they stated that it was obtained by refurbisher before it was paid off and they could not activate. It would be helpful if the EMEI num were part of the technical information. needed it for my kid before they went off to uni.

    Bought this in excellent condition, it came in perfect condition!!! The only trace that it was even once owned is the battery health being at 96%. It came with the official Apple braided magsafe cable and official apple charger (i think somewhere around 30W?) Delivery was quick and painless, overall a fantastic experience. Would absolutely recommend!
