    Just turned on the phone today to activate it at the store. Sat in Verizon for hours trying to update the software and it would update it and then reset back to 12.1 version making it impossible to switch my old phone data over. Verizon manager tried to help us for hours and he said something is wrong with the phone. Paid $143 for this phone and it can’t go higher than 12.1!

    Horrible. Got the phone, decided to check the battery before I wasted time making it my phone by putting in my sim and all my info. Lost 18% of the battery charge overnight with the phone turned completely off. Repeated experiment the next day same result. Bad battery. Then I decided to go ahead and try to use this POS because I need a GD phone NOW not in 10 days. It wouldn't finish the required update and during the time it was trying to update it got very hot (about 100 degrees F) so I stopped the update, turned it off, removed my sim and will be sending it back for a refund This is not the first marginal or just plain bad phone I've gotten thought Back Market so I will NOT be returning. Going to the Apple renewed store on Amazon and buying for a TRUSTWORTHY source. Oh, and BTW...the rating system. When I went to finish this horrible review that should rate this seller at 1 star or less; That's rigged too. It asked me about things I couldn't say if they worked or not BECAUSE THE WHOLE DAMN PHONE DOSEN"T WORK. Then they "adjusted" my review based on neutral responses because I couldn't judge those perimeters BECAUSE THE WHOLE DAMN PHONE DOES NOT WORK and gave this seller a decent review when the intended review would be between 0 and one star review. ( they did manage to ship it and have it arrive...but deal, right? A chimp can do that.) DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
