    Galaxy S20FE 5G arrived in better than expected condition. Boot up was easy and most apps transferred seamlessly. Problem apps were Whats App and Group Me. These two apps take extra effort to install and get data transferred. Much better cell signal reception with new phone. Seller service was very timely and efficient. Updates from Back Market were excellent.

    I am deaf and wanted to check out the Google Live Caption on voice calls (haven't been able to make the voice calls ever.) I found this Pixel 3a on the back market that has the capability. Bought it and was a bit surprised the condition was better than "good' as stated on the sale. Everything worked as if new and the LIVE Caption worked as advertised by Google. For the price I paid, it was a superb deal. I won't be purchasing any NEW devices in the future as long back market keep the refurbished ones available! Thank you, back market.

    I really like this phone. It didn't break the bank but has an awesome phone camera, I mean, it's very nice. I haven't had any problems with it either. I've even accidentally dropped it multiple times and the screen didn't crack at all. Plus the design of it is really sleek. There was a little gunk in some crevices, like the speaker and the space around the camera, but overall, you can't tell that this phone is refurbished, its like brand new.
