    Love the phone no visible scratches or dents and looks brand new, a phone from last year at less than half the price can't beat that. No way I will be buying brand new phones in the future just save the money and get it a few months later. Customer service was great. Initially, the carrier returned the phone as they were unable to deliver it to me Backmarket was very responsive issuing a refund so I could create a new order and I ended up upgrading from an S20 to S21 as the price difference was very small.

    My package never arrived but the portal indicated that it did. Apart from this, the refund process is taking forever, which is equally as frustrating. I can't believe my first experience with the site would be horrible. The site has a lot of positive views but, unfortunately, not everyone has a positive experience. I'm not even sure if my comment will make it to the review section so that others can make an informed decision before they purchase anything. I wish I had not used this platform but no good deed goes unpunished. I might give an update about my refund. I hope it goes through.

    Received the phone in good condition. There was a scuff on one corner of the phone, but the screen and other parts of the phone were in great condition. The screen has no dead pixels and is super responsive. I would definitely recommend BackMarket as a way to get a great phone at an even greater price!
