    I got the impression that the seller is honest. They sent me a message when they found they didn't have the black one, as they advertised, and asked me if the white color one would be acceptable. When I got the shipment, the phone I ordered was in a perfect condition, except it is a white back. putting in the sim card, connected to the wifi, and I got an unlocked phone working immediately. So far, I haven't experienced any issues. I have to give the seller and their product a big thumb! thanks, Jim

    Phone came in the day before my birthday. Has two very minor scratches in the top that are barely noticeable unless looking for them. But honestly, having gotten this phone for practically a quarter of what the retail prices, I can't complain. Was certainly a great purchase, and would recommend back market to others for sure.

    I was debating on whether I should get a op 7t I heard about how hard it was to get Verizon on this phone well i purchased the fully unlocked version i was sweating bullets before it arrived so I put my sim card in and crossed my fingers and my card worked didn't have to call Verizon tech support so far everything works perfectly calls, text's, data this is my second phone from BM if you have Verizon and are debating on getting the OP 7t don't buy this phone you won't regret it.

    Hey, I'll be very honest. I was expecting it to look used and I was ok with that... but, no. It was in GREAT condition. Yes, minor hair line scratches, but hardly noticable unless examined. I am so very pleased with the way our looks. It charged just fine as well. Turned on and functions as it I had bought it new. Thank you again. I WILL be referring, sharing, and buying again.

    The only qualm I have, is the battery doesn't seem to last as long as my last phone and there is a slight rattle when i shake my phone. However, I'm so glad to be back with a Samsung, oh how I've missed it. Their customer service is sweet, the fact that they took the time to hand write a note on my invoice saying "hey here's the exact same model of phone you wanted, just in a different color, that was in far better condition for the same price" is far beyond my expectations with customer service! I got the recommendation from my brother to look here for new phones. Was not disappointed!

    First time purchasing on Back Market, I was a bit nervous and wasn't sure what to expect. Overall good experience and delivery was on time. Pixel 3 arrived completely unlocked. The phone works with my GSM simcards that I use in Australia and UK, just inserted and it works without any problems. Seeing other comments with people accidentally buying pixels locked to a network was my biggest fear as I'm abroad most of the time, thankfully it was unlocked out of the box. Phone appears in good condition as described, 2 minor fingernail size scratches in the center of the screen but not visible when the screen is on. Rear and selfie Cameras are in pristine condition and the phone works above expectations. Battery life is hovering around 80-85% capacity as expected. Highly recommend this site.
