Great condition, BUT the charger cable did not fit because the port was filled with lint and dirt. After 5 minutes of cleaning the charging port, it was good to go. The screen did not have any scratches, it works really well.

For the condition to be categorized as GOOD, it seems just like new! Although the carrier is under T-Mobile, I use this normally under ei-fi networks and if I ever do have it under service, I can purchase a Sim-Kit through my current carrier. The price I paid was worth it. Given the model, the battery lasts roughly a day and a quarter, but I don't use apps too heavily on the phone itself to deplete it quickly. Overall: I am very pleased! Photo quality is top-knotch. Functionality is great. Quality is A+++.

A decent mid-range phone even two years out from its release, I find myself using the Google Pixel 3a more than I would be able thanks to its still acceptable battery life and average chipset. Only real issue is a lack of an ability to add storage to the phone.

Very quick shipping! I'm really didn't know exactly what to expect with a pixel 4. Much smaller than anticipated. Probably should've focused on on fermentation details. My fault for that. But what won me over was exactly what I was looking for in a camera. At least for the price I paid. Focus in the stableization future was what did it. Makes my YouTube videos look great. I was even impressed with the dual speakers and the sound that pumps out of it. That was pretty impressive. Unfortunately with my phone the battery life isn't long lasting is that I would have liked. Probably due to the functionality of the phone itself and how much it offers. Even though I'm familiar with the operating system, for some reason the UI is a little tricky at first to navigate with a Google phone. Not a deal-breaker but was a little tricky for me. Overall, I would say this is a wonderful purchase for the price I paid and I plan on looking for a subwoofer if they have it here at BackMarket. Happy I found you guys. Keep up the good work.

Sorry that it's taken so long for me to put in my review, life gets in the way!!! ABSOLUTELY LOVE the phone!!! This was a purchase for my Great Nieces Graduation. We went through 3 different purchases here on BackMarket. The 1st one was only 3G, so it couldn't be used, the other 2 were from a nightmare Seller!!! So, I just want to say Thank You from the bottom of my heart, for making "this purchase" as AWESOME and WONDERFUL as you did, it got here before it was suppose to, so again Thank You!!!

Everything is great, but this is NOT an unlocked S9, despite that fact it was descirbed that way. Fortunately the firmware is TMobile, so it works great for us. Please educate yourselves about the difference and help me explain to Greg and the others at BackMarket that compatibility ("works ...") with all 4 major carriers is not the same as "unlocked". If you're interested, the model number will tell you if it's factory unlocked (firmware). The one you sold me is Model SM-G960U. I've just learned that a truly unlocked ("factory unlocked") S9 has firmware that appends a 1, making the model number SN-G960U1 That's the model number of my first S9, bought through BackMarket in Jan 2020. It was truly an unlocked phone, indicated initially by the fact that no carrier's logo or software appeared on boot-up. It's now running Android 10 and security updates from March 2021, as is the one I bought from you - but ONLY (I now suspect) because it has TMobile firmware to manage upgrade availability and installation. I've just today received my third S9 - again via BackMarket but from a different seller. This one booted up with the Verizon logo, so I knew I could be in for trouble. While it accepted my TMobile SIM card and everything loaded just fine, it insists that my software is up-to-date - while stuck at Android 9 and security updates from Novemeber 2019. NOT COOL! Hope you folks all figure out that you're, IMO, misrepresenting the technical meaning of the term "unlocked" in describing the phone you sold me using that term. Now I know to look for the specific model number. Thanks for your attention. For the sake of future customers and BackMarket's reputation, I truyly hope I'm not wasting my time. Baker Stocking

It arrived rather quickly. Couldn't even tell it was a refurbished phone. My only complaint would be that the battery life doesn't last very long. I do have to charge it up at least 2 to 3 times a day.

Phone works perfectly. Was easy to put my new sim card in and activate it. Originally ought an "unlocked" phone from Amazon but it wasn't really unlocked and had to return it. Decided to buy from BackMarket and am very happy with both purchase and shopping experience. Recommended!

I ordered this product on 3/24 and it arrived on 3/30. The phone came with a new, original, licensed samsung fast charger (as opposed to a cheap knockoff usb-c like I received from another backmarket seller) which was a very nice touch. It was in an aesthetically flawless condition, except it had an unfortunate defect that the sim card slot was improperly refurbished, which rendered the phone unusable for network service. I contacted the seller and he paid for my return postage and fully refunded me. He was a little slow responding and could have been more communicative, but the backmarket customer service helped facilitate the return and refund which was helpful. And I never felt totally hung out to dry because of the warranty and because the seller was polite and apologetic. Although the process was inconveniencing, the reason I'm not rating it lower is because the phone would have been great otherwise, and because everything turned out okay in the end in that I got my refund.
