    The shipment arrived on time, and the phone looks brand new! I didn't notice any big scratches on the screen or on the back of it. It came with a charger and the SIM pick tray. It was inside a bubble wrap pouch, and the box was just full on bubble wrap, which I appreciate! The phone is in good quality when I started it, and it didn't take long to start and put my stuff in. It fits my small hands perfectly, and the camera is so good!

    The phone arrived as expected, and works as expected. The battery life has been solid. I dropped my previous pixel 3a, for which this is a replacement, so I am very familiar with the phone. Seller's condition description of "good" is accurate enough. It's just OK, it's a used phone. There are visible scratches and etching from previously installed case on the back bezel, which isn't a big deal it's a plastic shell. Other details: light scratching and a few minor deeper scratches (very small but can feel with fingernail for example) on the screen itself, none of which you can see when the screen is in operation. There's also a little scrape on the bottom right corner of the case and front facing edge of the screen where it was obviously dropped or scraped against something at some point. None of this bothers me that much because the phone otherwise works great and you don't notice any of this in normal use. The disappointing parts were that the earpiece was pretty dirty and filled with gunk, so I'll need to clean that out, and it came with an off-brand random Samsung charger which does not do fast charging, a main feature of this phone. I might try and polish out the scratches on the screen and clean the earpiece but I do feel the seller should have done this as part of the "refurbishing" process. Overall a good first experience with back market and this seller.

    The Product came well packaged. it included a screen protector, sim card removal tool, but it DID not come with a SIM card. I was in good condition and work without a problem. I hope I dont have to use the warranty process so I cant honestly review that. I will definitely be buy from and recommending BackMarket again,

    The phone has a blown loudspeaker. The sides of the phone is totally scuffed up, which is fine if there's nothing wrong with the functionality. However, the speaker sounds awful. Even quiet, it is very distracting.

    When I received my phone, I was super excited like a kid on christmas. But when I opened it,back camera glass has a small crack and the front also has a scratches. You would think they would install a new lcd/screen since it is refurbished but even the screen looks used. And also, when I chose this phone, it says fully unlocked. I understand UNLOCKED because my last phone I purchased was an unlocked phone from bestbuy. I was not expecting this phone to be a VERIZON Phone even though it will work with GSM networks. At least put it in the description that it was a Verizon device. I remember some settings was different using a CDMA PHONE With a GSM NETWORK awhile but I was out of a phone for almost a month that I just said oh well. The condition I got was fair, so if your looking to get a phone, pay the extra money for a excellent condition. I guess the saying, you get what you paid for. Other than that, the phone works perfect. Super fast, and smooth. Other than the cosmetic I would rate this phone a 10 out of 10

    The phone came with very light scratches but you can't even notice them though. The only reason why I did is because I inspect my phone while getting everything set up so it caught my eye. To be frank, the fair condition did specify that there would be small cosmetic imperfections so it really wasn't a surprise. Other than that, the phone itself works very well. The battery life lasts me all day and even into the next, especially since I don't use my phone that much throughout the day. However, if you're a person who uses their phone at full brightness & for more than half the day, I would say it'll last you the day if not less. To better explain, the battery drains a bit faster than normal the more you use it. As far as functionality and how the phone operates when in use and all it's features, I literally have no complaints, it runs very smooth. The sensitivity on the screen is very accurate & doesn't glitch or lag either. It hasn't been too long though since I've had this phone, I think it's only been a little over a month since I got it. If there's option to edit reviews I'll go ahead and leave an update later on. Also, the speakers are great, they're very loud and don't get overwhelmed by the sound so the audio always comes out very clear. If this is how well it works I can't even imagine how the excellent one is. Definitely recommend.

    I bought the Pixel 4 XL as "Fair", and it came better than expected. All it has are a few minor scratch marks that's easily overlooked. Completely worth the $280 something dollars (tax included). Everything on my Pixel 4 XL works as intended. I will come back to Back Market for more items in the future. :D The only other downside to the Pixel 4XL is the "short" battery life. But I bought it anyway, having known about this downside in advance. So this was not Back Market's fault. Even with the short-ish battery life, I still enjoy my Pixel 4 XL.
