    At my first attempt of ordering a phone via backmarket, the order had an issue. The tracking information provided to me was connected to another buyers package. This is a huge security issue to me because a photo of another persons package with their name and personal address was provided to me. My package was never sent, nor has the seller tried to reach out to me to settle this matter. I never received my cell phone nor any tracking information for it.

    horrible experience.
