    The item was rated “excellent” and was in poor condition. It was filthy which there’s no excuse for because it’s not difficult to wipe spill stains off a keyboard and clean dirty fingerprints off of the plain white surface. But it also had damage to the corner where the soft plastic appeared to have been cut, not even normal wear and tear. None of these things align with an “excellent” condition rating. Severely disappointed to have my time and money wasted during the busy holiday season. It’s inconvenient to pay for something only to have your money tied up waiting for a refund and on top of that to have to go to the ups store and stand in line. Sure there’s the return policy, but what a waste of time I can’t get back. And delay where I could have already bought a good item and been using it the past couple weeks while I have instead been dealing with this. Annoying and frustrating to say the least. Backmarket needs to make sure the resellers aren’t making them look bad. In the past I liked my items and had great success. Maybe they just let anyone with bad morals become resellers on here now. Idk. But I was for sure scammed by some seller who thought it was okay to rate a piece if junk as “excellent”. Total bs and a waste of time. Still waiting for a refund too……..

    The item was supposed to be in "Excellent" condition. It came in a large box that was smashed and torn open. Inside that box was the box the watch was supposed to be in, but the watch wasn't even in that box. It was just inside the large box loose!! I would NOT order from this vendor. The delivery was supposed to be in 2-3 days, and it took 10 DAYS to arrive! Terrible, terrible experience. I plan on returning this since it was loose in the box, who knows what kind of damage or exposure to the elements (water) happened.
