    Ordered a phone and after 5 days was told it never shipped and then another 3 days later received the refund. I then went and gave the benefit of the doubt and ordered another phone, another 3 days and I got sent the wrong phone, ordered it unlocked and got a phone that was locked to TFW so I cant even use it, now will have to send this one back to get another refund to buy another phone probably elsewhere. Finally my “assistant” Victor ended the ticket abruptly after saying he would help me get a refund.However bought two phones before this without issue so I dont know what happened.

    I got this phone amd even though everything looks good in the first instance, the display screen does not render the colors as they are. Some colors and blacks and grey show up pixelated. How is that even after buying a phone of “excellent” condition, these technical hardware issues are persistent.
