    The charging port was finicky. For multiple chargers that worked fine on other phones, it would only charge if the charger were installed in one specific direction. I returned but then had to go back to my old phone which ended up needing a new charger. The whole process was a pain.

    My only real complaint is the overall battery life. My reasons for upgrading my iPhone 11 were age and battery life. On arrival this phone shows 79% from new, and sadly loses charge much quicker than I anticipated, but as this was my Second attempt (first was a different seller) to upgrade and get a slightly more up to date phone, I worked around the problem by reducing the battery usage and not running it at full capacity, not ideal. But everything else was as advertised, excellent physical condition.
