    I really appreciate Back Market because I was able to purchase an updated quality phone for a reasonable price. I received my Samsung Galaxy S9 within reasonable time and the extra checking in with me from the beginning of my purchase until I received it is a plus 👍 customer service. Another reason I really like my phone is because I feel spoiled with so many things I can do. I keep it in dark mode because the graphics are so beautiful and the sound volume especially for movies and music when I use blue tooth are nice. The finger print, iris and face recognition for security are great! Im still having fun learning about this phone and much more. By the way I also purchased a leather phone wallet and the Samsung Galaxy s9 looks great in it. I'm convinced even more after the TV infomercial and purchase. I have recommended Back Market to family who loves my phone even with the different conditions. I would love to purchase a phone in the future from Back Market again.     Looks like new to me so very pleased about that. Still has over 80% battery health which isn't bad at all for a refurbished phone (I never buy new). Phone worked straight away with my mobile network. I got into an endless cycle when trying to transfer data/apps via my old phone so used last iCloud update - everything was fine. Super fast internet page loads (huge upgrade from my old phone). Felt very hot when first charging but that was due to low battery life upon arrival so it went into super charge mode! Overall, very happy camper so far. Thank you!
