    the two computers are great, i wanted one and i got two and charged for two, still a great deal. i did everything i could to contact them and found that it was all automated. push any button and redirected to their refurbished sub. contractor who are great.i still have not heard from the website that i tried to contact at purchase time to let them know i wanted only one. you only get a computer. no live person to date. would like to get a phone from them but dont want two and cant reach anyone.

    PC has been working great so far. The one issue i had with the rear fan failure, I have been able to work around. I contacted the seller and they shipped out a new fan but unfortunately when the FedEx package arrived, it was opened and empty.
