    Received this laptop which was said to be in Excellent grade, with marks that should be "invisible within 8 inches" - the area around the mouse pad is peeling off in several areas and it surely isnt invisible. I dont know yet if the machine itself is good and considering the time it will take to get a replacement I cant start that process now. Very disappointing to expect and pay for an "excellent" grade just to receive something that should definitely be tagged as "good".

    I ordered 5 identical computers, Small Form Factor and in good condition. Shipping took a while before it actually happened, without any feedback. When the order arrived, the only thing that was according to what was ordered was the amount of computers. What I received where 3 different type of computers, all tower model and in physically BAD shape! I'm talking serious dents, cover not closed, half of a front panel missing. Oh, and a card happily announcing that I got a free upgrade... Did decide to keep them because the specs seem to be mostly identical to what I ordered, I don't have time to send them back and they'll be in a cabinet anyway. But experience is defintely bad!
