    I paid for excellent condition and the battery life is 80%. The reason I bought excellent condition was to have excellent battery life. Now it’s telling me I need to return phone to get another phone. How about you send me a new phone first so I can transfer everything to that one and afterwards I’ll send the old one back. instead of going without a phone for over 5 days. I have ordered from back market before and after this experience I don’t know if I will again.
