    Should have come in a box, with a manual. The charger cord stopped working after a couple of weeks. I chose the "excellent" level of quality when I purchased it, but arriving in bubble wrap and a used cord don't say "excellent" in my book. I think you should send a GOOD cord. A user's manual would be nice, too.

    I was sent the wrong item- I ordered and paid for a phone in excellent condition (eg strong battery) and received one marked 'very good' which I didn't notice until I checked the battery after fully loading the phone as in too late. Overall it's a good phone and I will keep it as no point in trading it out now, but I could have paid less if I wanted less.
