    The laptop is just "ok" . The skin that was applied to the laptop is askew just enough to the left that it makes the touchpad a little off and I feel like the skin won't last very long looking at how its already peeled up a little at the edges since its sitting just a little bit too far to the left on the keyboard. The battery life is also something we'll be monitoring, the first few days, the battery would die out after only being off the charger for 4-5 hours. We've developed a better charging routine for overnight, and it is getting better / lasting into a second day now. We will monitor this.

    inside of the computer was very dusty which I thought refurbishment would at least open it up. also text specs said it came with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth which it does not. otherwise it runs fine, a little slower than I was hoping it would be.

    Delivery was fine, device appeared in good condition as advertised. Worked fine for about 2 weeks - fairly light use. No gaming or anything else I would think would be hardware-intensive. Screen was never on for more than a few hours at at time. After those 2 weeks the screen died - very degraded image quality, lingering ghost images, black around the corners that would slowly seep in towards the middle. Seemed like the kind of thing that happens to an old, fatigued screen. Ordered replacement top assembly from ebay, swapped it out and it's been fine since. Fun little $85 adventure, that was.

    I received my Dell Optiplex 21" AIO about a month ago. I am VERY pleased with the overall experience with this purchase. The communication is awesome from order to receipt of the computer. The very good condition is more like excellent. Just a couple of cosmetic items that are not even noticeable (you have to go looking for them). I waited to write my review because I wanted to see how well the computer works. It has been excellent with no issues.
