    the laptop looks brand new! I'm having no issues so far. only question concern I have is, when I have the laptop actively charging, I'm unable to function the laptop. for example the mouse becomes very glitch or slow once it's charging. So find it best to let the laptop charge and not use it at the same time. once I unplug it, it's working just as new.
