    I ordered this computer based on previous experience with 2 iPads. I admit to being wary due to a past purchase of a Laptop in 2023 which needed to be returned due to technical problems upon arrival. I am not happy to have to return the item as it would not boot up and made funny grinding noises as it attempted to work. I now must decide if I want to purchase an HP refurbished again or buy new. This was to be for my Grandson, who I had hoped would have the use of it for some years, as he grew.

    READ!!! Do NOT buy from this refurbisher. I received my computer with a PIRATED version of Windows on it, and therefore could not use it. Don’t waste yourself the trouble either; the return process has to do with wiping the computer and not everyone knows how to do that. Still waiting on my refund.
