    The Lenova I received was not in excellent perfect shape as they claimed. They reneged on their offer they gave me for a flawless I phone 12 Pro Max I traded in. I am still waiting to get my phone returned so I can just give it to someone in need of a phone rather than let these lying thieves turn around and sell it for what it’s truly worth. Stay away from this company as they do not have your best interest at heart.

    The product looked amazing and it felt smooth to use and to type. It had no damage that I saw and it was easy to work with and seemed fast and quiet. However, mine had problems downloading the necessary Windows updates (it kept freezing). Once it got through that, it would freeze every 30 seconds to 5 minutes. I couldn't do any of the things that you do with a computer that won't work because it wouldn't stay on long enough! I really wanted to try a fresh windows install, but it wouldn't let me. In fact, I couldn't even reset it to get my account off! I had to call and get special permission to send it back that way. I mailed it off today, so I hope it goes smoothly and I get my refund. I would have loved to keep and use this machine, but it had issues. I doubt they all do, though. I suspect we just got unlucky this go-round.

    Really hate doing this bad review. Back Market has been something I wanted to support and I bought my first smart phone from them thinking I would learn how to use it after only owning a flip phone for over a decade. The phone was a great bargain (I guess, because I still use it like my flip phone). Next I bought a high tech router because my neighbor's router was interupting my wifi. Never got it to connect because I am not tech suavy but somehow my neighbors router quit being disruptive. This computer I am reviewing was bad out of the box. The sound card was the problem but Back Market at first was pointing me in the direction of bad cables, headset, speakers, drivers etc. Now I want to say that their customer service representative Luis was very nice and called me many times trying to solve the problem. After 12-13 hours of frustration I messaged the manufacturer (Lenovo) and they remotely took over my computer to solve the problem. It took them two times to finally admit that the sound card was bad and that I should pack it up and send it to them. I did that. Luis (nice guy) wanted me to send it back to the seller but after spending over $60 to fix the problem and the fact that Lenovo remotely identified it I chose to send it to Lenovo which violated my warranty. So I really don't know how this is going to turn out but the only thing Back Market offered me was a 5% discount if I bought something from them in the next thirty days (please don't over extend yourself). Just a leason I learned and I am not mad at anyone but I won't be using Back Market again unless I am some how whole from being sent a broken computer.

    Overall the PC seems to be functioning fine but I was pretty unimpressed with how it was shipped. The unit was not packed tight enough to prevent movement in shipping, and while the unit was enclosed in two domes of air padding, top and bottom, the were not secured by any tape or secured to the box in any way. This alone wouldn't be so bad because it's unlikely the packaging would be able to slide off the unit but what bothered me was there was a loose metal expansion bracket rattling around inside the case. Of course you're going to check what's going on and I pop the side cover off to see a loose piece rattling around...like I said, everything seems to be working ok so far and the item still seems in good condition but got to say not how I expected to receive an item rated "excellent". Have used BackMarket before and will continue but, just couldn't rate this one flawless.

    The computer was very slow and started erroring out on updates, so I added ram. Still was slow and not updating so I think they had windows 10 s and got rid of it. The error was from winre which the computer did not have recovery set up on a 1 tb hard drive. So I bought a new ssd which was faster than stock. When I was removing the bottom I noticed that the lid had a vinyl cover. I took it off and it had deep scratches. They lied about the condition of the computer. I’ve did a new install of windows 10 and everything worked out and updated. This is the second laptop I’ve purchased from them and was disappointed. They need to disclose the windows version and they covered up details on both computers. They were cheap and using this one to replace the other that could not be upgraded. For what I need it for is cheaper than buying a new one.
