    I’ve bought a couple of items on BackMarket which have always been of best quality, but this PC is a big disappointment. I got 3 letter keys that are going to fall off any minute, the back of the PC is scratched(that I can deal with), but now it just shut down and won’t turn on for hours even after putting it on the charger. It is definitely not what I paid for but also this situation is so dreadful as I was working to beat deadlines. Very disappointed!

    I’m really happy with my laptop. It has a little scratch on it, but it’s barely noticeable. Other than that, it works perfectly for me. When I got the package, the box was already opened, the tape on the edge was cut, so that scared me a little at the beginning, but all good. Everything was correct and my money well invested.

    The only thing that I have a problem with is that I picked it up by the bottom once a few days into having it and the entire screen went black and green glitchy. We had to force shut it off and it hasn’t done it since. I’m a bit worried, but it’s completely fine otherwise. I need it and don’t have time to send it back and trouble shoot because I need it for school.

    Specs: 10 - Very happy with what I paid for these specs Externals: 9.5 - Case was clean, almost mint Internals: 6.5 - Internals looked a bit warn, fans blow hard even when just watching a YouTube video. May need to apply new thermal paste soon. Speakers: 3.5 - The speakers crackle, I updated to multiple drivers but none seemed to resolve the crackling sound. Battery: 8.5 - Getting ~2 hours of battery life I'm mainly using the laptop for development and running virtual machines, it would be nice to use it for entertainment too but I'll take the trade off for the price I paid.

Just make sure you know how to reset a windows computer since it had “defaultuser” with a password when I first started it but with no instructions for what to do in the box.

    I’m quite happy with my purchase. It runs well and after about 2 weeks I’m really enjoying the computer and the features and the space I have on it. The only downside is that everytime the computer goes into sleep mode you have to restart the whole computer to bring it back.

    Just got the computer tonight! Set up was pretty easy and straightforward. Testing it out now and so far I'm enjoying Windows 11 surprisingly and the load speed is pretty good. My only issues are with the speakers, they're not the quality I'm used to which is okay, I can get a mini soundbar for it, and the screen itself is popping out of it's frame a bit on the left side, I popped it back in as much as it could but it's still kinda out on the top and side but it's okay for now. Overall, a functional computer to get work done on!
