    Everything about this experience was awesome. It came exactly as described. Getting an all metal laptop with a Core i5 from last year for $400 is such a good deal. If you are in the marktet for a fast laptop that is built like a MacBook (albeit a bit thicker) This laptop is for you! My only gripe is that the screen doesn't get super bright for outdoor use, but for $400 it is more than acceptable.

    The item itself is fine, but start up is a bit slow. I think I'll just add more RAM myself as time goes on, but works well overall. However, customer service and delivery was awful. Arrives in a dented up box (thankfully enough padding to NOT affect the laptop) and to my neighbor's doorstep instead of mine. Just left out there...no sign off for it as required. Customer service did NOT help or seem to care when it was addressed with them.

    I ordered an Excellent Condition MacBook Pro (2023), 16-inch - Apple M3 Max, 14-core and 30-core GPU - 36GB RAM - SSD 512GB What I got was Excellent Condition MacBook Pro (2023), 16-inch - Apple M3 PRO - 18GB RAM - SSD 512GB, with some Generic Aftermarket Charger and cable. Now the buyer that I was supposed to sell my current laptop too is biting his nails and looking for another book. What am I supposed to do with that? And with no phone support and no immediate chat support? This is a serious issue. If no faults were made, you wouldn't need to hire support staff. But unfortunately, big faults were made, $1500 faults.
