    It looks great. It’s clean and it has a new instal of windows 11. It has a formal setup dialog upon 1st starting. The fan screens on the bottom were coated with debris. I cleaned these and used compressed air. I should probably take the bottom off to make sure it’s clear. I had to change security settings on temp folders in app data and programs folders to install software. In short it has corporate accessibility settings still enabled that might be inconvenient for the user for a while.

    Pros: Cheap, physically in great condition, nice features (face recognition) Cons: Battery life is terrible. Lasts about 2 hours if you’re constantly in it. So I have to bring the charger everywhere. Overall, it’s okay for now until I can afford a better one. I’m happy with my purchase.

    It runs fine so far. There are a couple of corner dings that I wouldn't consider "fair" condition, but this is a last minute needed replacement, so I can't complain too much given the price vs. performance comparison.

    Laptop was in good condition but it heats up but and lags in performance when playing video games. Also i didn't like the trade in process. Backmarket simply reduced my trade in price saying phone won't turn on and off automatically. Its a samsung phone and its standard behavior, what can i do with it!? This is such a foolish reason! My trade in phone was in mint condition and you deducted 100 dollars... lol
